The hotel was stylish and spotlessly clean, overlooked the sea. The local staff was outstandingly accommodating. One of the advantages - modern rooms; they included shower facilities, a hair dryer, and a bidet. This was an amazing and particularly good location close to centre, a hill in to Sorrento and downtown. Its service was amazing!

Their breakfast option with espresso or cappuccino included and cappuccino, as example is more than adequate and satisfactory, put others we have been to shame! The rooms are newly decorated and huge here with brand new furnishings, terrace plus a balcony. No complains at all, we would absolutely stay here again when in Sorrento.

The staff were pleasant and always had a smile. Its location in the centre was marvellous and amazing. I was happy to find Trattoria da Emilia, it was at a short distance from the hotel and served nice food.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in the double room, plus a balcony and a terrace. Big bathroom and a bidet with good sewerage. Exceptional, marvellous location on the Bay of Naples. Based so close to the centre and port, and the hill.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was spotlessly clean and had a great ambiance. The pool and jacuzzi were very relaxing, and I enjoyed spending time there. It was a nice touch that they offered free bikes, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. In the morning, there was free coffee available in the lobby area. The staff was excellent to communicate with, especially Pascal, who was a joy to interact with. The room surprised me with its sophisticated design, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bedding was top-notch, with an excellent mattress, high-quality sheets, and fantastic pillows. The cork floor, earth tones, wood-paneled wall, and premium toiletries added to the pleasant in-room experience. The hotel grounds were also fantastic, with a great pool and hot tub. Additionally, the hotel's location was excellent, with many great places within walking distance, including a fantastic Japanese restaurant called Full Moon Izakaya.

Almost perfect. Just a few minor issues: some areas in the hotel could have been cleaner, especially in the bathroom where there was some dust. Also, the lights in the bathroom were controlled by motion sensors, which turned off after just 15 seconds in the shower.

The location stunning and amazing to the main squares. Also - adjacent to shops and restaurants, storage space, and Naples airport. Large room, exceptionally comfortable bed and quiet in the evenings.

We had a stunning view from our room, overlooking Capri and the bay. The modern decor and cleanliness of the rooms were impressive. The showers were fantastic with large heads and temperature control. The continental breakfast had a wide selection and the evening meals were satisfying. The staff, especially Angelo in the dining room, were friendly and helpful.

Perfect stay for our 3rd visit, no reason to complain. The hotel was perfectly clean with amazing and beautiful location to the center or Sorrento and modern rooms. Location just next door to the main shopping district and main square of Sorrento as well as a hill in to Sorrento. Plus, 5 minutes drive from a decent beach.

This hotel is awesome! The rooms are spacious and we had the most beautiful view of the water! We loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings after enjoying a wonderful dinner in town. The staff was wonderful and extremely accomodating.

The hotel has a great sea view. Staff is friendly, arranged a car service cheaper than regular taxis to take us to the pier . Apartments are huge, despite being a little bit old...

It is not walking distance from pier or City Center. You will have to spend at least 15 euros for a taxi each time you go there.

Honestly nothing to complain about. Possibly the best and WONDERFUL stay for our 3rd visit. Stunning and particularly good location in a lovely area, right by the bar / restaurant, downtown, and the main shopping district and main square of Sorrento.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. its location up a little hill provided stunning panoramic views of the Bay of Naples. Secondly, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, especially Giovanna and her companion on the front desk. Thirdly, the rooms were updated and comfortable, and some even had a terrace with a view. Lastly, the breakfast included espresso or cappuccino, which was a great way to start the day.

All was fairly okay, with just some minor room inconveniences.

Well positioned 15 minutes walk from the centre of Sorrento. Just a careful crossing of the road out of the hotel. A lovely small hotel with attentive staff.
